To reset your password, follow the 'Forgot Your Password?' instructions on the SIGN IN page on MSA Haute Couture. We'll then send you an email so you can create a new password and start shopping again.

Use the promotional code Welcome10to benefit from a 10% discount on your first order. Enter the code in your Shopping Bag in the “Add a Promo Code” field and click “Apply”.

There is no minimum spend for this code and it applies only to your first order. The code can only be used once per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or offer.

Every item we sell on MSA Haute Couture is 100% authentic as we're an authorized online stockist for all the designers we carry.

Your purchase will be dispatched in its original designer packaging (including all tags and dust bag, if applicable).

All products on MSA Haute Couture follow the international sizing scheme set by the designer.

From time to time, we hold Clearance sales and promotions. During these sales, we offer extra discounts on selected items on top of our existing reductions. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about our exclusive promotions and events.

Promotions and promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and exclude items from our Bestsellers list and items marked as 'Just In.’

It may be possible to cancel an item or request a different size for an item you have already purchased. If you need to make any amendments to your order, please call our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

Please note, we’re unable to add an item to an existing order.

Your purchases will be wrapped in tissue with signature MSA Haute Couture stickers and placed inside a brown box to protect them until they reach you.

As the items sold on MSA Haute Couture are of a high value, we may require a signature. If this is the case, or you've elected to sign for your delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your purchase at your shipping address.
